These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Forcenature website, morning walk group services, and related products including Guided Sunrise Walk Passes, Weekly Group Memberships, and Trail Starter Kits. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing forcenature.world, submitting a contact form, registering for a walk, or placing an order for any product, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age or have parental or guardian consent, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

2. Description of Services

Forcenature organizes guided morning walk groups across San Antonio, Texas. Our services include scheduled group walks on curated routes, coordination by knowledgeable walk leaders, and access to route information and meeting points. We also offer physical and digital products designed to support morning walking activities.

Guided Sunrise Walk Passes grant single-session access to a scheduled group walk and include route briefing and leader support. Weekly Group Memberships provide recurring access to walks on a selected day each week for the membership period. Trail Starter Kits include physical items such as water bottles, reflective bands, and route maps intended for personal use during walks.

3. Account and Registration

Certain services may require you to provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account information.

4. Product Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed on walk-gear.html and related pages are listed in United States Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable sales tax for Texas transactions will be calculated and communicated at the time of order confirmation. Orders are confirmed only after we acknowledge receipt and availability through direct communication.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to meet eligibility requirements for walk participation.

5. Walk Participation Requirements

Participants in Forcenature morning walk groups must arrive at the designated meeting point on time, wear appropriate footwear and clothing, bring adequate hydration, and follow instructions provided by walk leaders at all times. Participants must disclose relevant health conditions or mobility limitations prior to joining a walk so that leaders can assess suitability and provide appropriate guidance.

Minors under eighteen may participate only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes full responsibility for the minor's conduct and safety during the walk. We recommend consulting a qualified health professional before beginning any new physical activity program.

6. Assumption of Risk and Liability

Morning walking involves inherent physical activity and outdoor environmental conditions including uneven terrain, weather variations, and interaction with other trail users. By participating in any Forcenature walk or using our products during outdoor activity, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forcenature, its officers, employees, walk leaders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, participation in walks, or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Walk Cancellations and Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify walk routes due to severe weather, safety concerns, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, Guided Sunrise Walk Pass holders will be offered rescheduling or credit toward a future session at our discretion. Weekly Group Membership holders will receive proportional credit or extension for cancelled sessions where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on forcenature.world, including text, graphics, logos, route maps, photographs, and software, is the property of Forcenature or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or endanger other walk participants or leaders, to provide false or misleading information, to interfere with the operation of our website, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data. Violation of these conduct standards may result in removal from walks, cancellation of memberships without refund, and potential legal action.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information related to walk group products and services. By using forcenature.world, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services
